If you want to know which the most splendid beach in Brazil is, you have to go to Ceará. There, you will find a wonderful sandy beach, named Praia das Fontes, and also the most famous Brazilian aquatic park: Beach Park. Both attractions are located on the north-east coast of Brazil, in Fortaleza, the capital of Ceará. So, a place to get a suntan, to do some excursions, to know lots of beaches and dunes, to ride a motorbike in the sand, to stay in gorgeous hotels, to eat delicious food and to drink popular drinks, and be part of a big party, this place is Fortaleza, with absolutely no doubts. But to take a final decision you need to know more about the city. Thrust me, you will be grateful later!

First of all, you would appreciate some beautiful beaches, like Iracema, Praia das Fontes, Praia do Futuro, and not far from Fortaleza some deserts beaches like “Jeri”. The hotels are moderns and fantastic, I can suggest you Marina’s Park Hotel in the Fortaleza’s city, which has great accommodations, and is near Deptford. In your room you can have an overlook to a breathtaking horizon, to the beach and also to a port with a lot of charming boats. You can expect a good price, not so cheap and not so expensive. The lob of the hotel is very cool, all cover by glass in the high roof.

You can start your trip knowing the hotel, the restaurants, the pools, the boats that you can rent, the game rooms, the stores, the computer rooms, and the area to play tennis and to do some massage. You can rent a jet ski on the outside of the hotel. Actually, the hotel has a salon, where you can have your nails and hair done. Finally, there is also a big place there, where the parties are made.

Going out of the hotel, you can find beautiful beaches and the famous dunes. There are a lot of palm trees on the beaches, it’s a really beautiful view. I hope that you can spend, at least, one day at Beach Park, is so exciting! Another famous place that you can see is Morro Branco, big sandy mountains in front of Praia das Fontes. A lot of TV programs were filmed there. When I was there, I met some people from all over the world, it was very nice. In the way back to the hotel, you can stop in Engenho Casa Grande, and buy some traditional alcoholic drinks and souvenirs too.

Shopping is one thing that you can do without spend a fortune. In the main avenue of the city there are a lot of restaurants, clubs and stores for every kind of person. There you will find a lot of things in a big area in front of the beach.

At last, I think that if you follow some of my recommendations, you will love Fortaleza just like I did! Funny things to do and funny people to meet, is just the perfect place to visit!
